KEIR Manufacturing, Inc began as a technical ceramic parts manufacturer established in 1983. Our proprietary production process allows us the versatility to make nearly any shape or size you want fast and efficiently up to about a 3″ cross-section.
The company’s product mix includes standard items as well as unique custom-designed parts. All parts are made-to-order with short lead-times. We can duplicate most any item, making prototypes from 99.8% pure Alumina ceramic to replace parts made from metal, plastic, ceramic, or other materials. Our proprietary production process provides the versatility to make this wide range of parts without tooling charges.

Titanium Dioxide (Titania) Natural
A very hard, homogeneous Ceramic. Properties contribute to excellent surface finishes having exceptional wear resistance and dimensional accuracy. Color: Tan. When ordering, specify part number followed by TT.
Titanium Dioxide (Titania) Conductive
Identical to Natural Titanium Dioxide with the additional characteristic of electrical conductivity. Color: Blue-Grey. When ordering, specify part number followed by TC.
Aluminum Oxide (Alumina) Natural
Sapphire hard. Homogeneous, chemically inert, mechanically strong. 99.8% pure and ultra-fine particle size contribute to excellent surface finishes and dimensional accuracy. Our unique material is the ultimate for long life in guides. Color: Off-White. When ordering, specify part number followed by WAL.
