Made from high-purity alumina (99.8%), or conductive titania ceramic material

Grooved Eyelets/Bushings are the same as 10-Series with an exterior groove for a retaining clip. These parts are mechanically held in place by a spring wire clip. (Sold separately). They provide a wear-resistant contact surface. The thickness of the material the eyelet is mounted through is critical on these parts. It is our  dimension “G” which is the distance from under the flange to the groove for the retaining clip.

Ceramic Eyelets/Bushings protect and guide a lineal product through a process; Textile fiber, Wire, Fiber Optics, Extrusions. These parts have smooth I.D. surfaces with radiuses to protect the product. All our eyelets are made of ultra high-purity alumina (99.8%), or conductive titania ceramic material which has been ground to sub-micron particle size in order to provide to toughest, most wear-resistant material for a reasonable cost.
