Eyelets/Bushings
Ceramic Eyelets/Bushings protect and guide a lineal product through a process; Textile fiber, Wire, Fiber Optics, Extrusions, by providing a wear-resistant contact surface. These parts are glued in place or pressed into a plastic holder.
Tube Eyelet/Shuttle Eyelets
Grooved Eyelets/Bushings
Grooved Eyelets/Bushings are the same as 10-Series with an exterior groove for a retaining clip. These parts are mechanically held in place by a spring wire clip. (Sold separately).
Slotted Eyelets
Slotted Eyelets are the same as 10-Series except that they have a slot so the product being guided does not have to be threaded. These are typically glued in place on the edge of a steel plate.
Double Flanged Eyelets
Double Flanged Eyelets are similar to the 10-series but have two flanges. These are typically glued into a slot or wrapped with a wire to mount above a surface.
Post Sleeves
Post/Sleeves are slipped over a rod or bolt to provide a smooth exterior surface for a product to run over. The outside edges are radiused.
Pulleys Sheaves
Pulleys/Sheaves guide a product within the groove while rotating. Grooves may be U or V shaped or flat bottomed. KEIR often hones the ID to accept a bearing or bushing. On many pulleys we can machine snap-ring grooves to allow for the replacement of bearings.
Tubes/Top Hats/Washers
Tubes are straight, hollow cylinders used extensively across thermal and chemical processing industries. Top Hats are ceramic caps or spacers with a brim-like flange, resembling a top hat in profile. Washers are flat, ring-shaped components used as electrical insulators and thermal barriers.

Pins/Rods
Pins /Rods are typically mounted in a hole to provide a smooth exterior surface for a product to run over. The outside edges are radiused..
Special/Custom Parts
Special/Custom Parts have been made to our customer’s specifications, or we have developed designs to meet a particular need. Many are common guide shapes that do not fit the other series descriptions.
